If so Come to the Workers’ Center of Central New York to learn about your rights in the workplace. “Can My Boss Do That?” Will be a monthly series were low-wage Urban workers can ask questions they might have about their workplace, learn about their rights, and share with others. Every month we will be focusing on different topics about the workplace with presentations and/or a training. This month of November, Jim Williams Attorney with Legal Services of Central New York, will be presenting on the Family Medical Leave Act. Light refreshments will be provided with interpretation or childcare if needed, but please let us know in advance. The building is fragrance-free, and the first floor is wheel-chair accessible.
